How we work

A Qualification-Led Approach to Custom Refiner Segment Sourcing

We structure the application, screen manufacturing routes and define evidence needs before treating a project as commercially ready.

The working model

01

Define

Structure the component, application and legally usable technical inputs.

02

Screen

Evaluate manufacturing routes for technical capability and small-order commercial accessibility.

03

Qualify

Agree drawings/specifications, tooling needs, first-article evidence and acceptance criteria.

04

Verify

Use buyer-controlled first-article and trial acceptance before repeat supply.

What we do not assume

Model name = fit

Machine identity is useful context, not the whole part definition.

Listing = validated supplier

A product listing does not prove the factory, QA system or target-machine capability.

Low MOQ = easy project

Tooling, first-article cost and development responsibility can matter more than order quantity.

OEM performance = alternative performance

Third-party performance must be demonstrated in the actual application.

Site identity boundary

We do not claim ownership of a foundry, CNC shop, certification portfolio, inventory or fixed production lead time. Supplier/manufacturing claims require evidence before they are made. The site is operated by Wenzhou Yiran Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd., Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Start with the project definition

The technical review is designed for non-confidential intake first, followed by controlled private qualification if the project is suitable.
